Patient Insurance Billing

As a courtesy to our patients, we will gladly file your insurance claims.  We estimate your portion of the total fee based entirely on the information your insurance company gives us if our office is a provider of that insurance.  We then require payment of your estimated portion on the day of treatment. 

For your convenience we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, as well as cash and checks.  We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients; therefore, payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
